As far as it is possible
find a place to “get away” for a few moments.
Let people around you know to give you a little space or, if you can,
put on your headphones and listen to some peaceful music. Resist the temptation to interact with others
on your cell phone. Close your eyes and
simply be still and know that God is with you in the midst of your day. Breath deep.
Allow God’s presence to comfort you.
Thank God for his presence.
